Product Descpription:
We supply metal orthodontic bracket (Vector) in the following perscriptions: edgewise, roth, (also vertical slot), andrews, mbt, ricketts, straight wire pattern I, II & III
We have a table with all the above perscription available in our compnay wensite.
Material: chirurgical stainless steel 17-4 ph
Fabrication process: microfusion
Spacial base microjated.
Exact reproduction of the bracket retention mesh pad, maximazing the mechanical retention and providing a larger adhesion force.
General characteristcs
1) integral hook: in spherical format, round, anatomical for the patient's larger comfort.
2) permanent medium line: aligned with the long axis of the clinical crown, for larger precision in the collage of the bracket.
3) permanent marc: to facilitate identification.
4) chamfered slot: facilitates the placement of the arch, eliminating obstacles in the labial surface, providing larger comfort to the patient
5) torque in the base: reduces the height of the profile of the bracket, providing larger adaptation and comfort to the patient and at the same time allowing the alignment of the slot in the final phase of the treatment. That characteristic minimizes and it usually eliminates additional adjustments to the arch.
6) area under the expanded wings. The inclined side of the bracket has an angle to expand the area under the wing, facilitating the multiple placement of bondages, fastening and auxiliaries.
7) base with composed ray, for better adaptation to the tooth.
Available also an extended base version.
